Central Park

Recap of August 2007
57 miles of paths within 843 wonderful acres!!!
Join us for a stroll into Central Park (a favorite of Carolyn’s).
Today we walked the inner loop...about 6 miles. To do this
you have to avoid the temptation to take an easier route
- no pedi-cab, carriage ride, bicycle or roller blades -
simply a steady walk.
We pass Tavern on the Green, softball fields, the Carrousel,
Umpire Rock, Wollman Rink, the Pond, the Dairy,
Chess and Checkers House, the Arsenal, the Zoo,
tennis courts, the Great Lawn, the Boathouse,
Naumburg Bandshell, Bellvedere Castle,
rowboats for rent, the Reservoir, Sheep Meadow,
32 playgrounds, 36 bridges and arches,
and dozen’s of hot dog & ice cream vendors.
The Mall
Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir
Egyptian Obelisk
The Central Park Film Festival-
“Barefoot in the Park” begins at dusk.
New York Philharmonic plays CP.
We join the Shumways and Keones for
this free concert in the park.
Now you see the sweetness of Central Park.
Wanna walk again tomorrow? Pul-ease?

Times Square and Harlem also draw crowds...

-Hot Times in Times Square-
Gotham City plays host to Jerry & Erin w/ Ava
and Britni & Brian w/ Dalia.
Kim & Cam enjoy a guided stroll thru’ Harlem.
(Ya’ll come back!)
