3-Sea to Sea (Camping with Tom)

Week 3

Days 15 to 21 of a 100 day 

mega road trip across Canada 

We really do reach Canada eventually and 

start driving east.  Until that day...

Day 15 ~ Aug 11th

Sam's Farewell

Toothless.

 We attempted another watermelon shark, 

this time for Carolyn's nephew's open house. 

Rrrrr!

We wish Sam great success as he leaves 

on his LDS mission to Las Vegas.

Day 16 ~ Aug 12th

Evergreen Waterpark

EVERGREEN WINGS & WAVES WATERPARK

A 747 incorporated into this very amazing indoor waterpark.

 4 thrilling slides start in the belly of the plane:

                                             -Sonic Boom
                                             -Mach 1
                                             -Tail Spin
                                             -Nose Dive

The day is complete after a paper plane throwing contest. 

And Cam & Lane concoct 4 varying recipes of peach jam...

Day 17 ~ Aug 13th

Life as we know it

We don't spend everyday just having fun.
Today Kim encouraged Carolyn to paint a tree.

Anissa's piggies got prettier as an early B-day gift.

Our closing ceremony - a monster banana split.

9 of us couldn't eat it all but our effort was noteworthy. 

I guess we DO have great fun every single day.  

Especially when we are with family! 

P.S. Happy 17th Anniversary to Cam & Kim (August 12th)

Next week:  We meet up with Tom and 

Shalaun's family on the Oregon Coast.

Day 18 ~ Aug 14th

Oregon Coast

Goodbye Anissa, Justin, Kim & Cam.
Thanks for the great times we shared!

It started to rain after we paid our boat fees…

(and did not stop for the next 7 hours.)
